Dr. Jones holds degrees in Psychology and Biology and collaborates with Dr. Comer on numerous human behavioral pharmacological investigations. In 2011 he received a K01 award to continue his career development at DSUD. His current research integrates human laboratory models of drug abuse with his interest in complex disorder genetics. He is also exploring improved ways to provide naloxone training to reduce opioid overdoses.
