Dr. Rapkin is a community psychologist focusing on access to care and quality of life for diverse, medically-underserved patients, families and communities. He is an expert on implementation research and a Co- Investigator on the HEALing Communities Study focused on techniques for helping participating communities adopt new treatment and prevention practices to combat the opioid epidemic.
